DomeGuys International has created custom domes for clients such as Coachella, Coke Zero, Sports Illustrated, Nissan, SpeakerCraft, Art Basel Miami, Go Green, LG and Blackberry, with event participants ranging from a few hundred to 45,000 people.

The same mesmerizing details go into smaller events such as weddings, private parties, corporate expos, and film festivals. With the wide range of sizes available they can be incorporated into almost any facet of your production.

DomeGuys semi-permanent domes are assembled using long-life covers which are made of heavy duty, high gloss, coated fabric. The semi-permanent cover is pre-processed to be flame-retardant in accordance with California State Fire Marshall standards. The domes are currently available in 12 unique colors and have welded seams for ultimate waterproof protection. They are also mold and mildew resistant, and UV protected.

You can use a dome as a stand-alone structure, or integrate it into a larger custom design! The domes can also be connected, enhanced with interior walls, lofts, or separate levels. Use a dome to create an unforgettable experience for your guests, or for a unique living structure for yourself.

The 12th Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival is set for Friday, April 15, Saturday, April 16 and Sunday, April 17 at the beautiful Empire Polo Club in Indio, CA and the 2011 line-up includes headlining performances from Arcade Fire, Kanye West and Kings of Leon. Dome projection on a budget, also known as MirrorDome

This website illustrates a method of projecting onto a dome without the need for a full fisheye lens which are both rare and, those that do exist, only fit to a narrow range of projectors. The approach here uses a mirror to reflect images from the projector onto most of the dome surface.

With this method the mirror used must be a first surfaced mirror.
A $30 dollar security mirror will not work in this case.
